Music: Lost Heaven (L'arc-en-Ciel)
Ooh, a birthday, and it's not just mine! Knighty (http://historyknightls.deviantart.com) is turning 15! Go look at her website--she's taking commissions too. *is plotting to ask for a commission...*
So I got to watch 'The Matchmaker' last night. It was very cute and funny (I didn't realize until I downloaded it that it was a romantic comedy, but it's still good). And it has a young Tony Perkins, pre-Psycho...so that pretty much made it great. XD "Pudding?" *cracks up*
Ahem...anyway. So Knighty and I are doing an art-trade thing again, and I have an art-update as well.
So, what else...today hasn't been all that unusual yet. There's still a kitchen to clean up, and I hauled a couple of wheelbarrows-worth of manure from the barn, etc...but it's been pretty quiet, and I like quiet.
Oh! I filled my sketchbook finally! The Enjy-horse is the last picture in it. I have a new sketchbook (a really, really nice one--hard-cover, spiral-bound and with perforated pages), but I'll be sad to put this old one away...I've had it for almost two years, and it's gone almost everywhere with me (from Florida to Branson, MO). The pages are all soft around the edges from being flipped through--thank my brother for that--and the spine is held together with tape (it tried to fall apart a few months ago), and it's just very dear to me. It's also the first hard-cover sketchbook I've ever owned. I will never go back to the soft-cover sketchbooks--they don't last near as long or as well. It's seen my vision of Javert (more or less) from beginning to present, and...and...it's just a nice book! *wibbles* I'll have to take a picture of this dear sketchbook and post it, for sentiments' sake.
So, the dishes still haven't been done, so I'll sign off here and go do them...if anything interesting happens later toda
