Auditions are tonight! Aaahhh!! *runs around like a crazy person* Details will be filled in tonight, after the auditions!
In other news, I'm going to start looking around for riding lessons pour moi. The last time I had a lesson I was about 8, and although I've come a long way since then I could still use some intense lessons. *crosses fingers* I hope I can find someone!! I'm going to be looking for a trailer (hopefully) this week, so if/when I find an instructor I can still use Colletta. And I can use the trailer for trailriding...mwahahaha...*rubs hands together*

Oy...well, I fell off of Violet again today. I very stupidly thought that I could handle her and in mid-mount she moved forward; I grabbed the reins and she flipped me off right over her shoulder. I landed on my head again (thank God for helmets), but even with that precaution I got a mild concussion and everything was very confusing and dream-like for about twenty minutes. The first five minutes or so after picking myself up off the ground I couldn't see out of my right eye--everything had a 'dissolved' look on the right side. I don't seem to have been knocked out, because I remember getting up and Violet had only taken a couple of steps. No one had been outside (another stupid point on my part), but I remember catching Violet, tying her up, and saying 'I got to get in the house' because I was afraid of passing out. I got inside (don't remember how), and Mom and Dad took me to the emergency room. Have I said recently that I LOVE watercolor? Well, I do. Check out my latest offerings for your perusal--for some reason I can't put a link in them today, but they're linked in the new art page. Made of awesomesauce, that. In other news I'm contemplating selling Shiska. To make a long story short, she is a challenge of the First Order and I do not have the time and patience to work around her bull-headedness. Once I have a more definate idea of where things are going with that I will keep ya'll updated.
Now back to the horse painting...I'm going to do a series of Appaloosa paintings, and then see if I'm interested in doing another breed. For anyone who is familiar with horses: what breed would you suggest? Please leave a message and vote! I'm back, hurray. *waves a flag Monty Python-style* Ten days is a long time when there isn't much to do. I mean, I really enjoyed being on vacation, but I'm very happy to be back. Ya know? Anyway... Da Fox is off for vacation! I'm leaving tomorrow afternoon (Thurs. the 7th) and won't be back until the 17th. Thursday we're going down to my grandparent's for my uncle's wedding on Friday (Will and I are playing music for it). Sat. we spend at my grandparent's, Sun. we go to my brother's college, and Mon. we fly down to Florida to see Isaac! As you can see, I haven't been able to upload the next installment of Les Mis/Jekyll and Hyde for quite some time. As this is beginning to tell on my readers patience and my own computor skills, I desperately need help from anyone who has an iota of computor knowledge. YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE. |
