*squee* I won I won I won! Aaaahhh! And there's even proof--look!
Incredible, ain't it? Of course, my story still has a LOT to be desired/finished/whatnot, but that's not the point! I won! *spazz city*

A couple of pages filled with Javert doodles are now in the doodleart section. I'm feeling rather laconic, so adieu for now. I haven't done any portraits for a while, meh. BUT, Wednesday and Thursday I did a Paul Newman tribute. As it's probably known, he died back in October, and I'd been wanting to do a little tribute. Well, here it is. Click on the picture to see the full size. On other subjects (*cough* NaNoWriMo *cough*) I've almose reached 30,000 words! *dances* I was really depressed about my story earlier this week, but I think it's pulling out of its slump. The plot is beginning to pick up a bit (or look like it is *goes all shifty-eyed*). So yeah. I forgot to post this a couple of weeks ago. See, two weeks ago was the centennial celebration for our courthouse, so there was this man and his wife who impersonate Abraham and Mary Todd Lincoln (for a living, no less) that came to our town to do this two-person play. It was really cool, and I got to wear his hat (see the picture below). So yeah. It was really neat, like I said. I got his card too, and I'm going to use this as an opportunity to give 'em some free advertising. |
