*points to title* Just as it says. I apologize for not updating lately--I was grounded from the computor for a week and just haven't been on much. Meh.
All righty then! I have not written anything lately for the Jekyll and Hyde story *cringes* but I do have a little drawing for all of you who waited patiently these past two weeks.
This is Icyeyes and Goldencream from my NaNoWriMo last year. The drawing is currently in the art section.
Last Saturday Mom and I took Henry back down to college, and on the way we stopped at a tack store to look for a saddle for Violet. We found a really nice used dressage saddle for $175, and it came with everything (stirrup irons, leathers, saddle pad) except for the girth. I was super excited--after I oiled it on Sunday I put it on Violet and rode her around a little bit. She was fantastic--well, when I tightened the girth she was a little uneasy but didn't mind that much, and when I hopped up in the saddle she took a couple steps forward, but other than that she was great. I would have ridden more but there was (and still is) snow on the ground and it's about 9 degrees outside, which makes riding quite uncomfortable...
Ah, before I forget: I have discovered something fantastic: http://enterthestory.com/ This is a website about a series of computor games that are based off of classic books. The first one is Les Miserables *pumps fist* and a great game. Go check it out! I command you!
