Not on the website. But here, in normal life. That place where I am forced to spend most of the time? Yeah, there.
Anyway...so finals are in less than two weeks. After said finals are finished I am quitting my two current jobs (cleaning houses and working at the gym) and switching to working more-or-less full-time for our farrier. I'm not certain about ALL the particulars yet, but the way I understand it I'll be holding horses, learning, acting as assistant/go-fer/etc, and basically getting some horse-training experience under my belt. I'm rather excited about this...
As far as school goes, I'm taking some time off. I probably COULD keep going part-time, but...I'm getting REALLY tired of school. There are some classes I really like (I've loved doing Advanced Photoshop this semester), but there are also some classes that I reallly loathe because they're very much common sense, but still required. So...I'm gonna fly the metaphorical coop and start working with horses full-time.
The taking school off thing actually works quite well in January, when my brothers-in-law are coming to visit.
Actually, I can't WAIT for them to come visit. Almost every day is spent with texts, Facebook message, or phone call that basically says "CAN'T WAIT TO SEE YA'LL!!!!!" I think all parties involved are rather excited. XD
Oh, and this guy is coming too!
Actually, I take that back. ALL of these guys have a particular brand of weirdness that caters nicely to the way my family works. And when Gabe and Gabi are in near proximity, something called G2G Platinum happens.....
Don't ask me what that is. It just HAPPENS. And it's why you shouldn't have very many Gabes in close proximity. XD
Suffice to say we're all excited out of our minds...and I foresee long days of trying to cram everything we wanna do in just a few days. Just sayin'.
So...suffice to say there are several things that I am looking forward to ending, starting, and continuing...and it's only a matter of time 'til they do so.
Your hostess,
The Fox
