By the way: Yay for SOOC (Straight Out Of Camera) shots!! XD
Anyway. The lip balms are part of an attempt to sell my creations at Farmer's Market. The first of said Farmer's Market starts this Monday, and I want to try to sell my comfrey salve and other various things...I dunno. It'll be fun to play the entrepeneur, I guess.
Random observation: after spending six months more or less worrying about a certain person (what he thinks, etc), my life has gotten a lot less complicated by just letting him go. By not virtually living on each moment that I see him, wondering what he'd think of the things I do, etc, I'm finding that I can enjoy simple things without feeling self-conscious.
...it's a difficult thought to place down, really. While I really, really, REALLY liked being in a 'relationship' (I mean, who wouldn't?) there was a lot of...how does one put it...unease, because we could laugh and joke like none other, but when it came to putting forth each other's opinions on various things, there was inevitably something that we'd disagree on. And instead of saying exactly why I disagreed I would shrink back, afraid that by saying what I meant that I'd be putting myself out on a limb of vulnerability and handing him a saw.
And by being single, things have become much simpler because I don't have to worry so much about what another person thinks or expose myself to their judgement. Without that hanging over me I find that life is more enjoyable. ^-^
(Last note about the pictures: I thought for sure that there'd be a tornado, but even with that suspicious-looking tail of clouds hanging down nothing came of it aside from some wind and rain. I still have yet to see a tornado in real life... >.<)
