Or at least herb garden domination. Ya gotta start small around here.

...yeah. This is the only scene I have ever witnessed from this particular film, but I thought it rather apt whilst yanking spearmint up from the herb garden. Said spearmint is intent on taking over the garden...but it's best displayed with pictures. See, it looks all nice and innocent and cute here... ...but lurking beneath the weed barrier and soil is a tangled mass of root, intent on world domination!! Or at least herb garden domination. Ya gotta start small around here. The roots are relatively large, and LONG. My gosh, I've pulled up roots that are over two feet long--and then of course there's the whole 'tangled mass' issue. *shudders* Case in point. *sighs* This stuff is BAD. Fortunately I have learned my lesson about planting invasive species, and have planted comfrey (another fast-spreading-to-the-point-of-invasiveness plant) next to the horse pasture, far, far, FAR away from anything that it could choke out. XD Have I inspired to you shudder? Delight in not having willfully planted invasive plants? Pray that you don't have nightmares tonight? If so, then my desire to disturb has been fulfilled. And with that, I say good night.
Your disturbed hostess, The Fox
